Through the studio window...Year 10 Safely Contained drawings

This week the Year 10 groups are continuing with their coloured pencil studies, based on the theme 'Safely Contained'. Students have taken their photographic resource for the project, thus enabling them to specify early on, their personal connections to the broader theme.

Through the Tate Modern window....Year 11 visit

The Year 11 GCSE groups visited the Tate Modern on London's South Bank earlier today. All were exceptionally well behaved and completed some fantastic work. Mostly students enjoyed the opportunity to experience artworks in the flesh and record their observations through photography and through drawing studies of the pieces.
